Anyone can bolt in a condenser. The difference shows up three years later — in the drain pan that was sloped properly, the charge that was weighed in instead of guessed, and the return duct that was sealed instead of taped.

Panda Heating and Cooling started in 2008 with one van and a simple idea: do the parts of the job the customer will never see as carefully as the parts they will. 18 years later we are still based in Celina, still run by the people who answer the phone, and still serving the same communities across Collin, Denton and Dallas counties.

We work on both sides of the trade — the family in Prosper whose air conditioner quit on a Saturday, and the restaurant in Frisco whose walk-in cooler is climbing at 6 p.m. on a Friday. Same technicians, same standard, same phone number.

Credentials, and what they actually mean

• TACLA128438C — a licensed Texas HVAC contractor, fully insured. The number is public: you can look it up on the TDLR register before you let us in.
• NATE-certified technicians. North American Technician Excellence is the trade's independent competency exam — it is not a manufacturer badge you can buy.
• EPA Section 608 certified for refrigerant handling. Required by federal law to buy or handle refrigerant, and worth checking on anyone who works on your system.
• Thumbtack Top Pro — 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Six consecutive years, from 529 reviews and 774 jobs booked through the platform. Thumbtack also lists our license as verified and our technicians as background checked.
• Background-checked technicians in marked vans and uniforms.
• Continuous training — manufacturer training and Texas CE hours kept current.
• Photos, meter readings and a written quote before any work is approved.
• Clean job sites. Shoe covers, drop cloths, and the old equipment hauled away.
