Commercial HVAC Service & Installation

When the HVAC goes down in a restaurant, a clinic or a retail space, you are not uncomfortable — you are closed. We keep light commercial systems running across North Dallas with fast response, planned maintenance and installations done outside your business hours.

Who we work with

Restaurants and commercial kitchens, retail and strip centers, medical and dental offices, churches, schools, warehouses, salons, gyms, offices and property managers throughout Collin, Denton and Dallas counties.

Rooftop units, start to finish

We handle full RTU change-outs including crane coordination, curb adaptation or new curbs, gas and electrical connections, economizer and controls setup, and roof-penetration flashing. We work with your roofer and building owner and schedule the lift for a day that does not shut you down.

Planned maintenance that protects your revenue

Quarterly or semi-annual commercial maintenance agreements with belt, filter, coil, control, refrigerant and economizer service, plus documented reporting for your records and priority emergency dispatch when something does fail.

Comfort is a revenue question here

In a house, an air conditioning problem is uncomfortable. In a restaurant, a retail unit or a waiting room, it is customers leaving and staff struggling, and it shows up in the day's takings before it shows up on a work order.

That changes how the work gets scheduled. We do commercial maintenance before you open or after you close wherever we can, because the cheapest possible service visit is one nobody notices.

What we look after

Rooftop units and split systems, make-up air, exhaust and ventilation, controls and thermostats, and the refrigeration side — walk-ins, reach-ins and ice machines — which most residential companies in this area will not touch at all.

That combination is the reason multi-site operators use us: one contractor for the comfort cooling and the refrigeration, one schedule, one set of reports, rather than two companies blaming each other over a warm dining room.

What it costs

Commercial diagnostic is $120, or $200 outside Monday to Saturday 8–5 and on Sundays. Rooftop tune-ups run $250 for the first unit and $200 for each additional one on the same visit. Larger repair and installation work is quoted per site. Full pricing here.

Answers

Commercial HVAC — questions we get asked

Do you work after hours so we do not have to close?

Yes. Most of our commercial change-outs and crane lifts are scheduled for evenings, early mornings or weekends specifically so the business keeps trading.

Can you take over an existing maintenance contract?

Yes. We will inspect every unit, document current condition with photos, flag anything urgent, and give you a written maintenance proposal with per-unit pricing.

What size commercial equipment do you handle?

Light commercial — typically packaged rooftop units and split systems from 3 to 25 tons, plus commercial refrigeration. For very large central plant work we will tell you honestly if it is outside our lane.

Do you offer service agreements for multiple sites?

Yes, and they are worth setting up properly rather than calling ad hoc: consistent per-unit reporting, one schedule across every location, priority emergency dispatch and negotiated labor rates.

Can you work around our opening hours?

Yes. Scheduled work happens before open or after close for most of our commercial customers. Emergency cover runs 24/7 at the after-hours rate, quoted on the phone before we dispatch.

We are opening a new location. Can you quote the whole fit-out?

Yes — equipment sizing from a load calculation rather than a guess, rooftop or split systems, ventilation, and the refrigeration package. Talk to us early: it is far cheaper to get the curbs and the electrical right at build than to correct them afterwards.
