We do not run countdown-timer discounts or same-day-only pricing. What we do have are three offers that never expire, because they are how we prefer to work rather than a tactic to rush you into a decision.
$75 diagnostic, waived with any repair
Residential. We find out what is actually wrong, quote the fix in writing, and if you go ahead the $75 comes off the bill — so the diagnosis costs you nothing. Say no and $75 is all you owe, with a written diagnosis to take to anyone else.

Through Service Finance Company, on approved credit. A $9,000 replacement becomes $150 a month with no interest and no prepayment penalty. There is no promotional window on this — it is simply how we sell replacements.

What is includedNo countdown timers
You will have noticed there is no flashing banner here and no offer expiring in four hours. That is deliberate. A system replacement is one of the larger purchases a household makes in a decade, and manufacturing urgency around it is a sales tactic, not a discount.
When there is a genuine seasonal offer — pre-season tune-up pricing, usually — it appears at the top of this page with a real expiry date on it. When there is not, this page says so rather than pretending otherwise.
What is always true: a written quote before we start, the quoted price on the invoice, and financing that costs nothing extra if you need to spread it.

Questions about offers
Do you run seasonal specials?
Yes — mainly pre-season tune-up pricing in spring and autumn, when booking early genuinely helps our scheduling and we pass that on. What we do not do is invent a discount that expires tonight to pressure a decision on a $9,000 system.
Can I combine an offer with the Comfort Club?
The Comfort Club already includes your scheduled maintenance, so a tune-up offer would be buying something you already have. Member discounts apply to repairs on top.
Do you price match?
Bring us the other quote and we will go through it line by line. Often the gap is not price at all — it is a load calculation, a line set, a new pad or a warranty that one quote includes and the other leaves out. If we are genuinely more expensive for the same scope, we will tell you that too.
Booking a tune-up before the season turns?
Spring and autumn fill up fast. Call and we will get you in before the first hot week.
