This site is information, not a contract

Everything here — prices, service descriptions, response times — is published in good faith to help you decide whether to call us. It is not an offer or a binding quote. The binding document is the written quote we give you for your specific system, and nothing on this website overrides it.

About the prices

Published prices are for standard residential work inside our service area and were accurate when posted. Unusual access, failed ductwork, or electrical that is not to code can change a job, and where that happens we show you before we do the work rather than on the invoice. Commercial and refrigeration work is quoted per site.

About the financing

Financing is provided by Service Finance Company, LLC and is subject to their credit approval. Plan availability, term length and rate are set by the lender under its own programs, may change at any time, and are not guaranteed by us. The lender's own agreement governs the loan.

Emergency service

Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Outside those hours we answer emergency calls and dispatch where we can, at the after-hours rate shown on the pricing page. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time; weather and demand during a heatwave or a freeze affect everyone in North Texas at once.
