Maintenance you never have to remember

The single biggest predictor of how long an HVAC system lasts in North Texas is whether anyone ever cleaned the coil. Members get it done twice a year without lifting a finger.

The math

Why maintenance is the cheapest thing you will buy from us

A neglected condenser coil can add 20–30% to your cooling cost. A dirty flame sensor is a $20 part that becomes a $200 no-heat emergency call at 11 p.m. A refrigerant leak found in March is a repair; found in July it is a compressor.

Nearly every manufacturer’s parts warranty also requires documented annual maintenance. Members get that documentation automatically — which matters enormously the day you need a warranty compressor.

  • Lower monthly operating cost
  • Far fewer emergency calls
  • Longer equipment life
  • Warranty paperwork kept in order
  • Priority when everyone else is waiting
  • A technician who already knows your system

Comfort Club questions

I have three systems. What does that cost?

Take the Complete plan for the first two, then add $100 a year for each additional system. So three systems is $340 a year, four is $440. Every system gets the same two visits, the same priority scheduling and the same repair discount — there is no version where a system is on the plan but gets less attention.

What does the Comfort Club actually include?

Two precision tune-ups a year scheduled automatically for you — cooling in spring, heating in fall — plus priority dispatch ahead of non-members, a standing discount on any repairs, no overtime charge on after-hours calls, your filter fitted at each visit, and documented service history for warranty claims.

Do you supply the air filter?

No — you supply the filter and we fit it at each visit, at no charge. Filters vary enormously by size, thickness and MERV rating, and carrying stock for every system in Celina is not practical. Most people buy a two-pack once a year and leave it by the furnace; tell us your size on the first visit and we will confirm it is the right one for your system, because an over-restrictive filter causes more problems than a cheap one.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Membership runs month to month. Cancel any time; we do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not lock you into a multi-year agreement.

Does it cover repairs?

The membership covers maintenance and gives you a discount on repairs — it is not an insurance policy. We are straight about that. What it mostly does is stop repairs happening in the first place.

Do you have a commercial version?

Yes. Commercial agreements are quoted per unit and typically run quarterly or semi-annually, with coil cleaning, belt and filter service, refrigerant checks, economizer operation and per-unit condition reporting so you can budget replacements instead of being surprised by them.

Prefer a one-off visit?

The Comfort Club is the cheapest way to get both seasonal visits, but you do not have to join to book one. See HVAC maintenance for what a standalone visit covers, or go straight to an AC tune-up or a furnace tune-up.

Ready to stop thinking about your HVAC?

Join the Comfort Club and we will handle the scheduling, the tune-ups and the paperwork.
