Brands We Service

We install, repair and maintain every major residential and light commercial HVAC brand across Celina, Prosper, Frisco and McKinney — and we service systems we did not sell.

Independent

We are not tied to one manufacturer

Some contractors are single-brand dealers, which means the answer to “what should I install?” is decided before they see your house. We are independent, so the recommendation follows the load calculation rather than a dealer agreement.

Brands we work on most

  • Carrier
  • Trane
  • Lennox
  • Goodman
  • Rheem
  • American Standard
  • York
  • Amana
  • Bryant
  • Daikin
  • Mitsubishi Electric
  • Heil

That list is where the volume is, not a limit. We carry the common failure parts for all of them on the truck — capacitors, contactors, igniters, flame sensors, condensate pumps and the usual control boards — which is why most repair calls finish the same day.

What actually decides how long a system lasts

In fifteen years of North Texas attics, the systems that fail early are almost never the cheap brand. They are the ones that were sized off the old unit's label instead of a load calculation, charged by feel instead of by weight, or installed on ductwork that could never move that much air. An oversized system short-cycles, never pulls the humidity out, and wears its compressor out years early.

So the brand matters less than the four things we do on every install: the load calculation, the airflow measurement, the weighed-in refrigerant charge, and the commissioning readings we leave with you in writing.

We reply during business hours, usually within the hour. For a true emergency please call 469-919-7646 — the line is answered 24/7.

Brand questions

Do you only work on the brands you list?

No. Those are the ones we see most in Celina and Prosper, but the trade uses shared components — compressors, contactors, capacitors, control boards and blower motors come from a handful of manufacturers regardless of the badge on the cabinet. If it is a residential or light commercial system, we can work on it.

Does using you void my manufacturer warranty?

No, and the opposite is closer to true. Most manufacturer warranties require the system to be serviced by a licensed contractor and require documented maintenance. We are licensed under TDLR TACLA128438C, and Comfort Club members get a written service history specifically so a warranty claim has the paperwork behind it.

Which brand should I buy?

At the same efficiency tier, the difference between the major brands is smaller than the difference between a good install and a bad one. A correctly sized, correctly charged mid-range system will outlast a premium one that was oversized and rushed. We will tell you what we install most and why, and we will not push a brand because it carries a better margin for us.

Can you get parts for an older system?

Usually. Where a part is genuinely obsolete we will say so and show you the repair-versus-replace math rather than fitting something marginal and charging you twice.

Not sure what you have?

Send us a photo of the label on the outdoor unit and we will tell you what it is, how old it is, and whether parts are still available.
