Sized to your house, not to the old box
Most replacement systems in North Texas are sized by reading the label on the unit being removed — which is how an oversized system gets installed twice. We run a Manual J load calculation using your square footage, insulation, window area, orientation and duct layout. Right-sized equipment runs longer, cheaper cycles, pulls far more humidity out of the air, and lasts years longer.
The install is where the efficiency lives
We evacuate the line set to below 500 microns, weigh in the exact refrigerant charge, set the blower to the measured static pressure, seal and insulate the plenum connections, install a new pad, whip, disconnect and float switch, and verify the finished temperature split before we leave. Every install is documented with photos and start-up readings.

How long does an AC installation take?
A straight change-out is a one-day job. If we are replacing the furnace or air handler at the same time, or correcting ductwork, plan on one to two days. We protect floors, haul off the old equipment and clean up completely.
What SEER2 rating should I buy in Texas?
The federal minimum in the South is 14.3 SEER2. For a house that runs air conditioning eight months a year, stepping up to 16–18 SEER2 with a two-stage or variable-speed compressor usually pays for itself in comfort and humidity control long before it pays for itself in kilowatt-hours. We will show you the operating-cost math on each option.
