24/7 Emergency AC Repair
Air conditioners do not fail politely at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday. When yours quits on a 100° Saturday night, with a newborn, an elderly parent or a house full of guests, you need someone who actually answers the phone.
A real person, around the clock
Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including weekends and holidays. You will talk to someone who can triage the problem on the phone, walk you through the two or three things worth checking yourself, and dispatch a technician with a genuine arrival time.
Stocked vans, one-visit fixes
Our emergency vans carry the parts that actually fail: capacitors, contactors, fan motors, float switches, transformers, control boards, refrigerant and thermostats. That is why the large majority of after-hours calls are resolved on the first visit instead of being taped over until Monday.
Before you call, try these three things
Check that the thermostat is set to COOL and the fan to AUTO. Check the breaker for both the indoor and outdoor units — a tripped condenser breaker is common. Check the filter; a collapsed, dirty filter freezes the indoor coil and mimics a total failure. If those are clear, stop there and call us — running a system with a frozen coil or a locked compressor turns a small repair into a big one.

Emergency AC Repair — questions we get asked
Do you really answer the phone at 2 a.m.?
Yes. Our emergency line at 469-919-7646 is monitored around the clock. If we cannot get a technician to you immediately, we will tell you straight and give you a real time — we do not leave people guessing in the heat.
What counts as an HVAC emergency?
No cooling when outdoor temperatures are above about 95°, no heat below about 45°, any burning smell or electrical arcing, water pouring from an indoor unit, or a commercial refrigeration failure putting inventory at risk. Anything involving a gas smell is a fire-department call first — leave the building and call 911, then call us.
Is after-hours service more expensive?
There is an after-hours rate, and we quote it to you before we dispatch, not after the work is done. Comfort Club members receive a discount on emergency rates.
